ขนม มาจากคำว่า ข้าว กับ หนม ซึ่งคำว่า หนม แปลว่า หวาน ส่วน ข้าวก็คือข้าว .. พอเรียกสั้น ๆ เรียกไปเรียกมาเลยกลายเป็นคำว่า ขนม (อ่านว่า ขะ-หนม) ไปซะ

เมื่อก่อนคนไทยไม่ได้กินขนมบ่อยเท่าทุกวันนี้ จะได้กินก็แต่ตอนที่มีเทศกาล หรืองานมงคลต่าง ๆ เช่น งานบวช งานแต่งงาน (ทำนองนั้น) .. ขนมไทย 4 อย่างที่มักจะมีให้กินในงานมงคลของไทยสมัยก่อน เค้าว่ามาว่างี้

1. ไข่กบ หรือ เม็ดแมงลัก ปัจจุบันก็ยังมีคนเรียกว่าไข่กบอยู่นะ ที่เค้าเรียกว่าไข่กบเพราะว่า เม็ดแมงลักพอแช่น้ำจนพอง ๆ แล้วจะมีลักษณะเหมือนไข่กบที่ลอยเป็นแพเหนือน้ำ (คนสมัยก่อนเข้าใจคิดเนอะ)

2. นกปล่อย หรือ ลอดช่อง คือลอดช่อง ใส่น้ำกะทิแบบปัจจุบันนี้กินกันนั่นแหละ แต่ที่คนไทยสมัยก่อนเรียกว่า “นกปล่อย” เป็นเพราะว่าลอดช่องเนี่ย ทานแล้วลื่นคอ แทบจะไม่ต้องกลืน เหมือนเวลาที่แม่นกป้อนอาหารปล่อยใส่ปากลูกนก .. นั่นเอง

3. บัวลอย หรือ ข้าวตอก สมัยก่อนบัวลอยทำมาจากข้าว พอข้าวโดนความร้อนก็จะกระโดดเด้งดึ๋งเหมือน ป๊อปคอร์น .. บัวลอย(สมัยก่อน) หรือที่เรียกว่าข้าวตอกสมัยนี้ เวลาทานก็ทานราดด้วยน้ำเชื่อม น้ำหวาน น้ำกะทิ ตามแต่คนทานอยากทาน หรือเจ้าบ้านทำเอาไว้ .. ช่างไม่เหมือนกับ บัวลอย สมัยนี้ที่ทำจากแป้งซะจริงๆ

4. อ้ายตื้อ หรือ ข้าวเหนียวดำ ที่คนสมัยก่อนเรียกกันว่าอ้ายตื้อ อันเนื่องมาจากว่า เวลาทานข้าวเหนียวดำเข้าไปแล้ว จะรู้สึก อิ่มตื้อ ก็เลยเรียกว่า อ้ายตื้อ .. เห็นภาพมั้ยล่ะ

เอาไว้ได้ดูอะไรดี ๆ มีสาระ นอกเหนือจาก ท่านนายกคนเก่าทำปากเก่ง แต่แอบไปอยู่ ณ เมืองผู้ดี .. แล้วจะมาเล่าให้ฟังใหม่ อิอิอิ

1. ภาษีที่คนเค้ายื่นกัน ได้คืนกันถ้วนหน้า ไอ้เราก็ยื่น ยื่นเหมือนเค้าเลย ยื่นทาง Internet เหมือนกันด้วย ส่งเอกสารไปให้ ณ เวลาที่ยื่น .. มี email ที่เป็น auto-reply กลับมาว่า ได้รับเอกสารแล้วงั้นงี้งู้น จะดำเนินการและคืนภาษีภายใน 15 วัน ..

รอแล้วรอเล่าเฝ้าแต่รอ ผ่านไป 1 เดือนยังไร้วี่แวว .. เข้าไปเชคที่เวบกรมสรรพากร ระบบมันบอกว่าเราไม่ได้ส่งเอกสาร ให้ส่งทันทีไม่งั้นจะล่าช้า จี๊ดครั้งที่ 1 อะไรกันเนี่ย ส่งเอกสารไปเป็นเดือนบอกว่าไม่มีเอกสารส่ง .. โอเคเราอาจจะพลาดเอง​(ตอนนั้นคิดงั้น)​..

เสร็จแล้วก็โทรไปตามเบอร์ที่ กรมสรรพากรอ้างว่าเป็นเบอร์ call center หรือ hot line ก็ว่าไป .. โทรไปครั้งแรก ไม่มีคนรับ .. เว้นไป 1 ชั่วโมง โทรใหม่ ไม่มีคนรับ .. เว้นไปอีก 1 ชั่วโมงโทรใหม่ ก็ยังไม่มีคนรับ .. ขณะที่โทรไม่ใช่เวลาพักเที่ยง และไม่ใช่เวลาบ่าย 3 โมงที่ข้าราชการทั้งหลายจะเก็บของ แต่งหน้า เตรียมตัวกลับบ้านกันแล้วแต่อย่างใด .. เราก็จี๊ดไปรอบที่ 2 .. ให้เบอร์โทรไว้หน้าเวบ ให้ทั่วไปหมด บอกว่าเป็น call center แต่โทรไปไม่มีคนรับ .. เพื่อ !!!!!!!

ขนาดว่าจี๊ดไป 2 รอบ แต่ไหน ๆ เราก็อยากถามให้รู้เรื่องว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น .. และเพื่อความชัวร์ว่าเราได้ส่งเอกสารแล้วแน่นอน .. เราก็ส่ง FAX ไปที่เบอร์ของสรรพากรที่โชว์หลาเอาไว้ว่า ให้ส่งเอกสารตามเบอร์นี้ ๆๆๆๆ .. ส่งไปเสร็จ ก็รออีก 1 วัน .. โทรไปเบอร์ call center ที่ไม่รู้จะมีไว้ทำไม .. โทรไปเสร็จ ไม่มีคนรับเช่นเดิม เราโทรทุกวันเป็นเวลา 1 สัปดาห์ แต่ไม่รู้ว่ากรมสรรพากร call center เค้าพากันไปเที่ยว หรือพากันโดนไล่ออกหมดก็ไม่รู้ ถึงไม่มีคนรับโทรศัพท์แม้แต่คนเดียว (อันนี้โมโหๆๆๆๆๆ)

แล้วเราก็ทิ้งเวลาไว้อีก 1 เดือน .. ระหว่างนั้นเราก็เชคกับทางเวบว่า มันเป็นยังไง ไปถึงไหนกันแล้ว .. แล้วก็ตามที่คาดเดาว่า ระบบก็ยังเขียนว่าเราไม่ส่งเอกสาร ให้รีบส่ง (แล้วไอ้ที่ส่งทั้งทาง email แล้วทาง fax นั่น เป็นเอกสารผีที่ไหนรืออ!!) โทรเบอร์ call center ที่เปรียบเสมือนมีเอาไว้เพื่อให้คนเรียกเท่ ๆ .. แล้วก็ไม่มีคนรับ เข้าอีหรอบเดิม .. หรือเราอาจะเป็นคนเดียวในประเทศไทย ที่โทรหาสรรพากรแล้วไม่มีคนรับ !!

จนพนักงานที่ office ได้คืนภาษีกันถ้วนหน้า ยกเว้นช๊านนน!!!

วันนี้เข้าไปเชคที่เวบกรมสรรพากรอีกรอบ .. ระบบบอกว่า ได้รับเอกสารแล้ว เดี๋ยวขอเชคก่อนแล้วจะดูว่ามีภาษีคืนหรือเปล่า เฮ้อ .. เบื่อมาก ไม่ได้ว่าอยากได้ภาษีคืนมากมายหรอกนะ แต่ถ้าไม่ส่งภาษี ไม่ยื่นเรื่อง สรรพากรจะมาเชคบิลทีหลัง ก็ไม่อยากจะไปเสียเยอะกว่าที่ควรจะเป็น ..

เนี่ยล่ะน๊า ระบบราชการไทยก็ยังสะติว น่าเบื่อ ในสายตาเราอยู่ดี

เรื่องที่ 2 เดี๋ยวจะมาต่อ .. Paperless บ้าอะไรต้องใช้กระดาษมากกว่า 20 แผ่น !!

I came in the office, started working for about 10-20 minutes, my mom came down from her 4th floor office to told me that the guy who found my mobile called her about my forgotten mobile (shame on me :P). Then I called to thank him and asked where would I meet and get my mobile back. Luckily, his office is around 5 kilometers from mine. I made appointment with him to get it back.

To tell you the truth, I will wait until my company finish his writing - then I might copy and paste up here :P

1. Do simple thing with extremely confusing. I spent last weekends to change my location in the profile because hotmail doesn’t show correct date and time. In the end, I still cannot find anywhere I can change the default time zone. I’ve searched and found many hotmail users have the same problems as mine.

I think “Profile” and “My account” should be the most important section - everyone always use/edit them. But I don’t found Hotmail Live concern about this. Every single page has tons of advertising banners - even when I need to check my profile information.

2. Spam or Junk Filter doesn’t work. I always receive spams from MSN, Hotmail and from those I haven’t subscribe for. I tried to mark spams and report them as junk but the spam filter seems lazy to work and I still receive spam from same senders.

Compared with Gmail I would recommend anyone who need an email account go sign up the Gmail. Gmail has very clever spam filter system, even when hundreds spams was sent to me the Gmail filter

3. Bad User Friendly For me, personally, I hate a new version of their interface.

I’m a mac user, when I sign in to Windows Live Hotmail it said a new version of interactive can be fully display with IE6 (or higher) and Firefox 1.5 (or higher). What the crazy free email account system!!!
